2023 was a year of great growth and success for Allura Partners.
We celebrated so many highs all made possible by the hard work of our team.
Take a glimpse at some of our highlights below.
We had some great new starters join the team, including Charlotte and Alice creating our Digital and Marketing team. We also had Alex and Callum join our existing Accounting and Finance team, Dan joined our Transformation and Change team and Fiona took our Marketing function in house. We also had Anna join as Trinh’s maternity cover, in credit control. We wish Trinh the best of luck with her first baby and maternity leave in 2024!
In July, the whole team took off to Port Douglas for our end of financial year trip, which included 4 days full of boats, water, and great company.
Leanne Wells and Andrew Smith hosted our People & Culture event, with 4 great hosts and a room full of eager People & Culture professionals.
Just recently, we placed in the AFR’s Fast 100 for second consecutive year, which is a tribute to the strong, experienced team we have.
The team had lots of events, including the 2023 Melbourne Cup Races at Randwick Racecourse, Christmas in July, and the annual “partners” event to meet the people closest to the ones we work with.
We had a strategy day, facilitated by Stephen O’Sullivan from Growth Workshop. The day was a collective commitment to growth, both individually and as a cohesive business.
Most recently, we had our 2023 Christmas boat party in Pittwater, a daytime boat followed up by a sunset cruise with a Secret Santa filled with presents that were donated to Barnardo’s, to support vulnerable children.
Off the back of an incredible year and continuing our strategic plan for growth, Allura Partners is excited to open an office in Melbourne’s central business district, focused on servicing the growing Victorian client base.
Although Allura has been active for many years in Melbourne, delivering CEO and C-suite searches, the new office will enable the company to offer Victorian clients more comprehensive recruitment services in finance, technology, digital and transformation.
As we wrap up for 2023, we want to thank our clients, partners, and the entire Allura team for their invaluable contributions to our success. With the momentum gained in the past year and the expansion into Melbourne, we are excited for 2024.
