Oliver joined Allura Partners in 2018 with a main focus to build an interim and contracting business to complement our executive search and permanent recruitment offering.
From day one, his effort, determination and commitment to build this business has been commendable and Oliver has been a major force behind its success to date.
Like most recruitment businesses, Covid-19 impacted Allura Partners including our interim and contracting business however, Oliver’s grit ensured this business developed momentum in the back half of 2020 and most recently has experienced four-fold growth.
