We are very pleased to announce that Kaio Desouza has joined our technology division as a Principal Consultant for Open Source Software Development.
In a relationship that has been almost 1 year in the making, Kaio left the UK behind to travel Asia for a sabbatical with his partner on his way to Australia and we are finally able to welcome him down under. He is Brazilian born but raised in London and speaks fluent Portuguese. He has recently moved to Bondi, because where else could a Brazilian Pommy feel more at home. He is also an Arsenal FC fan but we decided not to hold that against him and we are hopeful he will be battling for 1st place rather than 4th every year.
Kaio brings with him a wealth of experience, recruiting software developers for over 7 years and building his own team to 8 people from scratch in London.
Kaio studied economics at university and went on to set up his own business before moving into recruitment and we look forward to him applying his entrepreneurial spirit at Allura Partners over the coming years.
