After closing out an incredible 2017 that included executing numerous Board, CEO, CFO and C-suite searches for some of the largest and more high profile private equity deals across the country, all early indications are suggesting a strong 2018.

The year ahead has all the ingredients to ensure a robust 12-months for private equity dealmakers, bankers and lawyers.

Fuelled by this anticipated activity, Allura Partners is forecasting a busy year ahead searching for executives with the skills, experience and attributes to lead, grow and/or turnaround portfolio investments.

The year has barely kicked off and Allura Partners is currently engaged on several searches including a:

Chief Executive Officer to lead a Sydney based growth investment of a highly profitable consumer business that boasts market share and provides services backed by innovative technology;

Chief Operating Officer to establish the operating platform for a multi-site consumer orientated business to enable the desired scale and growth and provide the group with a CEO successor well before the anticipated IPO or trade sale; and

Chief Financial Officer to establish the financial structure, systems and processes for a healthcare investment that has recently been carved out from a corporate to enable the growth that includes local and global acquisitions.

If these opportunities sound interesting and/or you are an executive considering a career change in 2018 and wish to pursue a portfolio role in private equity, Allura Partners can assist.
