With excitement, this week we celebrate Tom’s 6 year anniversary with Allura Partners. Tom joined the firm in the first year of operation, and since then, has been an instrumental part of the company’s growth and success.
Having come from a Finance Consulting background, Tom began his time with Allura supporting our PE Executive practice by working with CFO’s of PE backed portfolio companies to build out their respective finance teams.
Having great success, Tom worked closely with our PE Executive Search practice supporting many CFO mandates. Since then, he has worked within the Executive Search practice, responsible for CFO and Investment Executive appointments across the Australian and New Zealand markets.
Tom continuously delivers bespoke executive solutions to the Private Equity and Family Office space across a diverse range of industries.
