To kick start 2020, Allura Partners are excited to announce the appointment of two exceptional Consultants to join our growing team.
Firstly, we are pleased to announce that Jessica Livermore has joined Allura Partners to strengthen our Change Management practice. Jessica holds a psychology degree from Macquarie University. She began her recruitment career in the UK in 2017 delivering projects and change management services in London. In 2018, Jess returned home to Sydney where she continued her recruitment career serving the broader technology industry including change management.
Jessica joins us to work alongside Florence Chreseson. In our last post – “Change Management – my first year in the market” – Flo announced that she would begin her maternity leave in January 2020. Based on the huge impact Flo made in the Change Management market across Sydney in 2019, we are delighted that Jessica has joined us to build on this success and partner Flo when she returns.
Secondly, we are equally delighted to announce that Rhys Lloyd has joined us to strengthen our Business Analyst (BA) offering within our Digital, Technology, Business Transformation & Change division. Rhys holds a commerce degree from the University of Wollongong and began his recruitment career in 2017. Since then, Rhys has exclusively serviced the BA market in Sydney; in short, he knows BA’s.
In addition to strengthening our BA offering with his expert relationships and knowledge, Rhys will also caretake Matthew Jelley’s desk in his absence over the next 5 months. In December last year, Matt embarked on a 6-month travel sabbatical around South East Asia. Rhys will work alongside Mike Clements and Matt, when he returns in May 2020.
