This week, Allura Partners turned five. An exciting milestone to celebrate!

Everyone that has been a part of our story to date has played a significant role in helping us achieve this. We would like to thank you all and we are excited for what the future holds.

Over the past twelve months, we have seen a period of continued growth across all metrics – headcount, market share, candidates placed, customer acquisition and the personal growth of our team.

Some highlights include welcoming 7 new team members to Allura Partners across all divisions of the business and the launch of our new Customer & Partnerships offering; to provide a dedicated, holistic Allura Partners experience and help us understand the needs of our customers better.

Andrew Smith, moved to the role of Managing Director, focusing on the Australian business and cemented our ambitions for international growth in FY23. We also celebrated the promotion of Jessica & Tom to Principal Consultant as a result of their outstanding contribution to the business to date – both as individual contributors and their additional work alongside Francesca, in leading the Allura Partners Wellness Committee.

In addition to our work with The Indigenous Literacy Foundation and in line with our commitment to giving back, we completed our first pro bono search mandate for The Smith Family; such an incredible organisation!

To support our people, in the past twelve months we also introduced a number of new initiatives to drive our employee experience including:

  • An Employee Assistance Program (EAP) – a complimentary program to ensure our people feel supported with work and personal challenges whenever needed

  • An Individual Training Budget – for everyone in the business to spend on their own personal development to ensure the team can upskill themselves on areas they feel are a value add and interesting to them and their client / candidate bases

  • A Wellness Committee – to continue to build on and drive our culture that is not only fun but also has a focus on wellbeing and promoting a healthy work-life balance for everyone

As we enter our sixth year, we are pleased to be on the cusp of launching our new Employee Value Proposition with added benefits to continue our commitment to team wellness, balance and meaningful benefits.

Although it has been a busy year, we also took the time to ensure that we had a bit of fun along the way and take advantage of being able to celebrate together as a team and in person again.

Thank you to the amazing Allura Partners team (present and past), you all make the culture and business what it is today. Thank you to our customers, candidates and suppliers in supporting us over the years, we look forward to working with you for the next five and beyond.

We have loved every minute of the past five years and cannot wait to see what the next chapter has in store for us; but we know it begins with a move to our new home in Barangaroo where we hope to make as many happy memories as we have to date.
