Allura Partners is delighted to announce a new addition to our Business Analyst (BA) team, Senior Consultant, Michael Clements.
For the past six years, Mike has worked for two of the largest global brands in the recruitment industry and has been promoted five times; in short he is a high performer!
In agency recruitment, Mike quickly progressed, being promoted from Consultant to Associate Manager within 3 years. Following a successful agency career, he transitioned to the world’s #1 job site, Indeed to launch and grow their Australian business servicing the broader recruitment industry.
With a desire to return to agency recruitment and due to increased demand across the BA market, Mike joins Allura Partners to work alongside Matt Jelley. He will focus on recruiting Business Analysts into Commerce & Industry.
